Event ID: 57860,There was a problem backing up or restoring data with a SQL

I get this error during backup. I checked to make sure that all usernames have suffecient rights and that all paswords are correct. http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/251942.htm
I followed what that site said and it did not fix my problem. Any ideas?
