I have BE 12 with all updates. I installed the remote agent on a Win2k3 server that has DB2 on it. I do not use the DB2 agent to back up the database. I keep getting the following event logs on the DB2 server..

Archive Log Backup of File[S0001087.LOG] failed.
The Backup Exec Remote Agent Utility has not been configured with a DB2 instance[DB2].
And.....

"ACEPROD". The error code was "8".
Like I said, I dont want to use the DB2 agent. I used DB2 tools to back up the DB and then I just backup the folder with BE.
any ideas on how to rid these errors???
