How come Backup Exec is only reporting 11 slots, when I have 12 in the library? I left slot 12 open for a cleaning tape which is on order, but Backup Exec calls it slot 11, and skip slot 1. I am guessing it has something to do with the element addressing on the tape drive, which appears to report slot 1 as 113, which is an ejectable slot. I have slot 1 filled, but symantec doesn't see the slot. How can I fix this problem?
