Exchange 2000 backup

Hi folks,
Just upgraded from version 10 to 11d but ran into some serious problems with very long time frames required to back up Exchange 2000 servers properly. It goes very slowly and our 65G Exchange job takes more than 13 hours! - Would appreciate it if anyone could suggest a solution.

Once again i had this as well

i had to uninstall the program completely

reinstall and due all updates before you start to make any jobs

it worked for me...  I did it this way because noone so far knows why the slowness happens
