Exchange 2003 Access denied problem on cluster

I am testing 11d but when I start the backup of the Information Store I get a access denied error. I have checked all the access and even make use of the domain administrator account to test but as soon as soon as the backup starts it gives a access denied.

Please make sure that the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers Service is running and is running under the Local System Account on Backup Exec Server Media Server as well as the Remote server (Exchange Server).
