Exchange 2003 with GRT - The Backup Exec job engine system service is not responding

Hi Folks,

 

I've recently enabled GRT on my Information Store backups. It was working fine for a few weeks but a couple of weeks back the job started failing with the error: 

 

e00081d9 - The Backup Exec job engine system service is not responding.

 

This occurs at the end of the job but the backup and verify appears successful from the byte count. The job then repeats twice more, as per the error handling rules as it sees it as a recovered job

 

Disabling verify fixes the problem, as does turning off GRT.

 

I'm running the backup via CASO and all BE servers are up to date with latest patches/liveupdate etc..

 

Can't think of anything that changed on our systems that would have caused this to suddenly start failing...

 

Anyone got any ideas as I'm reluctant to disable verify and GRT is a nice option to have..
