I am  using the agent for Exchange 2007, why do i get the error of AOFO do I need to install AOFO?

i follow the document

Can you guys give me some light in this situation.

Damian,

With Exchange 2007 we use VSS to backup the databases as per Microsofts instructions to us.  You do not need to install AOFO. 

Now are you getting any VolSnap or VSS errors on the exchange server at the time of the backup?
