BE 10.d ralus agents compatible with BE 11.d?

I'm upgrading to BE 11.d.  I have purchased the 11.d licenses for the agents and options including the ralus Unix agent.
 
Will my current 10.d Unix agents work immediately my with the upgraded 11.D installation.  I'd like to install the upgraded 11.d ralus agents later...

Clay,

Your 10d agents should continue to work with no issues.  But you will get an exception in your backup jobs telling you that the agents are not the current version and that they need to be upgraded.

Hi Ben,

Is 10d server compatible with ralus 11d?
It does not seem to work for me.
Also  icame across this table:

Backup Exec 10d will not backup a ralus 11d agent, but an Backup Exec 11d will backup a 10d ralus agent. You will just get an exception in the job stating you need to upgrade the remote agent.

As for that table, it is partly incorrect.  The last line if I read it correct is wrong.  11d will backup agents from lower versions. As I stated above, you will just get an exception stating the agent needs to be upgraded.
