Exchange 2007 Information Store missing

Hi,

I have instaled the CPS and then the agent in exchange 2007 sever with Windows 2003 X64 R2, the agent is workink, there is no errors, the machine apears in the CPS but when i tried to make the information store backup, there is no information store in there, isn´t there.

I have confirmed the licensences with symantec and it´s everything ok, i have read that this problem already hapend to other IT, but i didn´t find the resolution to it.

Have someone resolved allready.

CPS by itself will not allow you to select the information stores.  If you wish to use the CPS function to backup the Information store you will have to setup the job inside of Backup Exec.  That will configure the job in CPS for you.
