Exchange 2007 and backup individual Exchange mailboxes

I have installed the latest update and I cant backup the individual Exchange 2007 Mailboxes.
 
Help me please ???

I understand that I have to disable the GRT function in order to be able to make individual mail box backups.
How can I disable GRT?

I apologize - I didn't see before that this was Exchange 2007.
 
Backup Exec does not support Legacy Mailbox backups of Exchange 2007 - you must use GRT in order to restore individual items. This is due to the way Exchange 2007 is designed and now uses VSS snapshots in order to backup.
 
Page 1224 of the Admin Guide:

You back up individual mailboxes separately from the Information Store (also called

the legacy mailbox backup method). Note that this is not supported on Exchange

2007.
