Exchange Cluster 2003 - MIcrosoft Information Store is not available

While viewing In the Remote Selections List, in the respective Server,the Microsoft Information Store is not available. How to bring this up?

Hello. We are having a similar problem and this solution did not help.

We installed the server and agents, verified that we have the correct licenses. We tried both push and manually installing the remote agents. I can see the agent is running when I right click the server (and/or resource)

I can see and select the disks, but there is no Exchange objects that show up whatsoever. I can see our other server (non clustered) and can back that Exchange server up, so that tells me the agent is ok.

The resource shows up as a blue server icon. (normal?) I can select and back up disks from the resource.

Just no Exchange objects.

How can I get these to appear?

This did not help either. ALl services (and servers even) were restarted after the change.
