I have been having a problem for the last couple of weeks,
On Friday nights I backup our information store using the exchange agent (NOT VSS), using a Full Backup,Flush logs.
On Monday through thursday I do incrementals backups of the stores. (I have tried with and without a flush)
The problem is that starting a couple of weeks ago the incrementals are failing with the message that some transaction logs have been deleted since the last full backup.
However I check the transaction logs and there are some date stamped from the day of the last full backup, this suggests to me that they are not missing.
Has anyone got any insight into this?
