Hi I have a backup exec 11d server that is backing up 2 exchange 2003 servers with the option to restore mailboxes from the information store backups selected. The backup run correctly and report no errors. The problem is that some of the mailboxes are not visible in the restore selections under the information store backups.
Most of the users are present and restoring to these users works correctly. The same users are always not present. So far the only thing that I can see that links the missing mailboxes is that they have been moved from different exchange storage groups into the current information store.
Do you know anything that I can do to try and fix this?
