Exchange & Log files not deleting

I have over 19GB of “E00019xx.log” files in my MDBDATA directory. Backup Exec has performed an agent backup but the log file are not being deleted. The BE, exchange method that is selected is “FULL – Database & Log (flush committed logs)”. My last exchange backup was 100% successful, but I had to exclude one of the exchange users from the backup. Why are the logs not deleting??

Any help is greatly appreciated.

will you try performing the following tests:
- Run a full backup with the complete IS(Information Store) selected for backup
Check the results

- Now run another full IS Backup with NTBackup
Check the results. If the issue persists, it means that there is something not correct with Exchange.
