Please help with this problem, we have an HPE StoreEasy as Fileserver (with compression/deduplication enabled), when executing the backup of any data from any partition, we have the following error:
STATUS CODE: 90 "Media manager received no data for backup image"
But reviewing in more detail, we have a previous error:
EXIT STATUS 4207: Could not fetch snapshot metadata or state files.
We have enabled verbosity as indicated in a technical note and the following can be seen in the bpfis log:

Snaphot VSS apparently runs without problem, but we can't find the reason why it doesn't work.
