Exchange Store keeps dismounting

Hi,

Can anybody help...

We have multiple installations of BackupExec versions 10 and 11. Running on Windows SBS 2003. HP and Dell hardware.

All Service packs have been installed on both the OS and BE.

For no apparent reason, the exchange stores keep dismounting at random intervals.

If I uninstall BE, the stores do not dismount. After reinstalling, the stores will start to dismount again.

Please let me know if you need any more info, or if you have come across this.

I have not seen this before, I will suggest you to check the application log on the Exchange server for any errors from Exchange. 

If there are no apparent errors, the I will suggest you to call Tech support for further troubleshooting.
