Exchange backup Fail :

I need a help.I have many times a problem with my Back up exec 2012.

The error is :

Sauvegarde -
V-79-57344-65072 - La connexion au système cible a été perdue. Le jeu de sauvegarde a été annulé.

I use this issue  http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH71227&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1401264199687   but it is not solve the problem.

Somebody can help to solve definitily this problem ?

V-79-57344-33960 - A log backup was attempted on a database SecurityForExchange data that is not configured to support log backups. To change the configuration, use the SQL administration tools to set the recovery mode to Full. A new full backup should be performed if this setting is changed before performing a log backup.
