Exchange incremental backup no individual mail items

 Hi there

I have configured (incremental - flush committed logs) GRT to be able to restore individual mail items from exchange incr. backups. The job is being completed normally (without errors), but I don't see any mailboxes (only the folder logs) within restore pane, however I can normally restore individual items from full exchange backup. 

I have also tried to follow the tips on this page http://www.symantec.com/connect/blogs/backup-exec-125-granular-recovery. No result.

I'v been trying to solve this problem since a couple of monthes. No result.

Could someone help me please?

Hello,

GRT backup operations are supported for Full and Incremental backups to disk configured via a POLICY.

Are your Full- Incremental Exchange Backups through Policy?

 of course, otherwise it would't work. The backup job ends without problems, log files are backed up, but no individual items within restore pane to see. fully backup works well

 during the restore from full backup I can choose an individual mailbox. during restore from incremental backup I can only see the log files folder. Should individual mailboxes be visible also from incremental backup?

I've the same problem, the individual mailbox just could be restored from a full backup. After catalog the incremental backup IMG file, there is no individual mailbox I can choose.
