Hi there I have configured (incremental - flush committed logs) GRT to be able to restore individual mail items from exchange incr. backups. The job is being completed normally (without errors), but I don't see any mailboxes (only the folder logs) ...

during the restore from full backup I can choose an individual mailbox. during restore from incremental backup I can only see the log files folder. Should individual mailboxes be visible also from incremental backup?

of course, otherwise it would't work. The backup job ends without problems, log files are backed up, but no individual items within restore pane to see. fully backup works well
