Exchange options disappear after Win 2003 SP1

I installed Win Svr 2003 SP1 on the following servers:
- Win Svr 2003 running Backup Exec 9.1 SP2
- Win Svr 2003 running Exchange 2003 SP1 cluster with Backup Exec Remote Agent installed (cluster svr 1)
- Win Svr 2003 running Exchange 2003 SP1 cluster with Backup Exec Remote Agent installed (cluster svr 2)

The option in the Backup Exec job to backup the Information Store (and the individual user mailboxes) has disappeared. The servers appear in Backup Exec as if Exchange is not installed on either one. I verified that the Exchange agent license is active. The Backup Exec job log has this error:

Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xa000848c - Unable to attach to one of the drives.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Backup -
Unable to attach to \\\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group.

On each of the Exchange servers change this registry key

HKLM\Software\Veritas\Backup Exec\Engine\NTFS\Restrict Anonymous Support to 1

Then restart the BE remote agent service.

You should now be able to see the Exchange resource again.
