Exchange restore to PST missing

I used to be able to use GRT to restore Exchange mailbox items to a PST. In the restore wizard this option is now not showing - even though GRT is enabled for Exchange backups. Office 2010 is installed on the media server, and I did a MS update of Office last week... I am unsure whether this is what has caused the loss of this option.

Hello,

PST restore option is available when you make mailbox level \ sub level selections from a GRT backup set. Can you post a screenshot of your selections and the options that you see in the restore wizard ? What version of Backup Exec are using ?
