i'm using Backupexec v10 , using the administrator account with admin privilege on both the backupexec media server and the exchange server, i had install the remote agent on the exchange server and the exchange agent locally on the backupexec media server, when navigating to the exchange components i found that BE displays all the exchange mailboxes and informationstore and all exchange components as zero value, but when starting a backup job to backup the mailboxes the job monitor read the real size.
how can i make BE interface display the real size for exchange without showing this zero value? waiting for your advice.
