We are using Backup Exec 12.0 Rev. 1364. We have two VXA 1x10 1U Drives. Backup exec is reporting that a cleaning tape is sitting in the drive on one of the libraries. However, the front panel and the webpage for the drive indicate that it is not.
I can run a cleaning, and it runs ok. However I get the following error:
Warning - There is a potential problem with a drive or the robotic arm loading cartridges, or an incompatible cartridge.
I tried exporting and importing the cleaning tape, with the same result that BackupExec reports that it is in the drive rather than slot 10.
Any insight on how to get out of this error condition?
