In 11d is there something like ExecView I can use to see all my media servers at once I'm just checking for success or failures on my backups.....

In a word, no :(

Execview is gone, and nothing has replaced it. There is the Central Admin Server Option, which costs money, and probably isn't what you are looking for.

FWIW, you can add your voice at the Enhancements area.  maybe Symantec will listen to us
