Dear Sirs,
We have installed the program VERITAS BACKUP VERSION 8.60
serial number: 00-7355-2079-381318 in Windows 2000 Server environment.
The program has left to do the daily backup that we have already planned.
It displays a bug of "Failed", we click the option "Execute" now manually,
and it does not work, in fact appear a message "Task's State" "Planned".
We have tested restarting the server, to swicth off the robot of belts and
it continues without work.
Please is really urgent, nowadays we have so many problems and we need an
answer as soon as possible.
