Failed starting VRTSralus.init

Hi,
My company bought Symantec Backup Exec foe Windows Server 11d.
Now I am having difficulties installing RALUS. After installing the service FAILED to start.
I will detail the steps I did:

I Installed RALUS on a machine with Red Hat Linux 7.3

1) I changed Webmin port to 12000.

2) lsof -i tcp:10000 returns nothing

3)

[root@cersrv02 ship]# netstat -an |grep 10000

udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:10000 0.0.0.0:*

4) Installed ralus from CD provided according to the instructions from http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/282010.htm . It still wornings me about port 10000 being

used but I choose to be used anyway

5) Installation worked OK. No error messages.

6) [root@cersrv02 ship]# /etc/init.d/VRTSralus.init start

7) [root@cersrv02 VRTSralus]# cd /opt/VRTSralus/bin

[root@cersrv02 bin]# ./beremote

./beremote: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

8) [root@cersrv02 bin]# rpm -qa |grep libst

libstdc++-devel-2.96-113

compat-libstdc++-6.2-2.9.0.16

libstdc++-2.96-113

After restarting the computer the same failed message appears during booting process.

I would like to attach the log and the configuration files but I don't see any option for that so I will copy the contents of the files here (sorry for such a large message).

I had the same issue on a RHEL 5 system as well, it was resolved by installing compat-libstdc++-33

yum install compat-libstdc++-33
