Is this a domain admin account ?
Try restarting the WMI services as well prior to the push install.

Hi VJware,
Restart WMI services does not work. Yes it is a domain account.Need to follow https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH70657 to manually upgrade by running the RAWSxxxxxxHFxx.msp files one by one? Or uninstall backup agent and reinstall backup agent FP3 and restart will be better? Thanks

found only one file "RAWSx641180RSP3.msp" under RAWSX64/UPdates folder, run this one on Windows agent and reboot is ok?

Yes.

You must run setup.exe to perform this patch operation. Shall I run the setup under PROGRAM FILES\Symantec\Backup Exec\Agents\RAWSX64\setup.exe ?
02-17-2016 07:54 PM
The Setup.exe is the base remote agent.
