Faulting application bengine.exe, version 10.1.5629.38 when runing backup

Hi all,

We have big problem when we run backup on the night.

We have seven job runing at the moment the bengine is crashing "backup to disk"
We have all the hotfixes and sp1 installed.
We have 2 cpu, 2 mb ram and windows 2003 on a new dell server,
We have disabled the Display Progress Indicators.
We have renamed the catalog folder.

Please any sugestion for our problem?

We tried to format the server and installed a new windows 2003 and BackupExec 10.d again.

This night we hade the same problem.
The bengine.exe stop with drwatson.

We have now stop all our tape jobs and are only runing the backup to disk jobs.

If this dosn't work, we will open a case with Veritas.
