File size differ in CPS backup

hi guys,

I'm running backup Exec V12.5 an CPS for critical data on several servers with out any problems execpt one, I get very large files, on the fileserver one simple html file that is 11KB, but in the CPS on

the backupserver the same file is 256GB it have happend before with Catia assambleys this is the first time on an HTML file. If I stop the CPS backup and the restart it the file is OK on both file and

backupserver. Server OS backupserver 2003 SP2 fileserver 2003R2 SP2
