Hello everyone,

I have a fresh installation of BE15, i also have a DAG Exchange 2010 between two physical servers.

I have installed agent of BE in Both servers, and configure my Job Backup for the DAG that i have already added.

When i launch a Backup of the DAG, i have thuis error message:

Final error: 0xe000ff12 - A communications failure has occurred with an Exchange Store resource.
Final error category: Resource Errors

V-79-57344-65298 - The Exchange Store service is not responding. Backup set canceled.

1- I don't have any errors with vssadmin list writers.

2- I have installed all the updates for the Console and my agents,

I have already re-install the agents but nope, the problem is the same.

==> I have this error for three weeks and i don't found any solution.

Can you help me please.

Can you ping the DAG name from the Media Server?

Make sure (using test backup jobs against each node) that you can at least backup some files from the C: drive of every node that makes up the DAG - this will help you test that basic remote agent comms for every node is operational.
