Firewall settings for UNIX Backup Exec client

Hello,

We are struggling to get our Backup Exec to work with Linux servers. We easily managed to install clients on Linux boxes, set up another backup job on the server side (we are able to see the servers, access all the directory that we need and basically from the server/configuration side everything looks just fine).

But when it comes to run the job created before we receive an error like this:

Completed status: FailedFinal error: 0xe000fe30 - A communications failure has occurred.Final error category: Server ErrorsFor additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-65072

V-79-57344-65072 - The connection to target system has been lost. Backup set canceled.
We have figured out that this is a firewall issue on the client side, because when we turned off the firewall completely (allowing all the traffic) backup job has finished just fine.

Can you please give us information what ports should be opened on the client side to allow proper communication between server and client. Right now the only port that we have opened (related to backup exec client) is port number: 10000.

Thanks for your help.
