GFS Rotation Methoad

How does one do a true GFS media rotation with Version 9.0 and 9.1. The wizard will create the daily's and the weekly's, but how do you get the monthly's to create and be part of the rotation ?

If I do full backups each day/night, then its not a problem. But I'm moving my clients to Diff's daily and Full's Weekly, but I need to schedule Monthly's...

Try creating another Media Set with a yearly retention level.

OPP (1 year)
AP (1 day)

Create a backup job, with the same selection list, tie it to the yearly media set, and schedule it to occur on the same day as the last typical weekly of that month, and several going forward. This is easiest with a calendar based schedule, but ensure that the schedule in the weekly job has this date excluded, so both are not attempted.
