GRT Restore path problem

Hi,

We are unable to browse some files in a grt restore selection for a full Hyper V backup when we have a Raws file backup set as differential on the same job. The restore selection for the grt full backup only shows the same files as displayed for the differential backup. Is this expected behaviour?

Hi Sush,

We are running BackupExec 2010 and have a full backup of the VMs every day and a full file backup every week. These Hyper V backups are set to full by default and cannot be changed as 2010 does not support differential or incremental for Hyper V. Normally we can browse any file from these Hyper V full backups, but if we add a file backup to the same job and set it as differential it seems to affect the grt restore ability of the full Hyper V backup. Under restore I can see both the file (differential) backup and the GRT enabled Hyper V (full) backup, but both only show updated files (from the last weekly full file backup) when browsing. I was expecting the Hyper V full backup to still show all files when browsing under restore.
