GRT but directly on the tape

I have  problem with copies Exchange using GRT.
To do this I created the B2D and create copies, these copies are  transferred to a separate task B2D folder to tape.
However, this method is probably not the best because copying the contents of the B2D to tape every time it copies all the B2D folder and it consumes too much space.

How you doing these copies.?
Is it possible to create a copy using GRT but directly on the tape

if you setup a separate job, for Exchange only, as a Backup-to-Disk, and use a policy, you can have a Duplicate job run immediately after the job finishes which will duplicate only the Exchange data to tape
