Getting backup to run

I kicked off the backup and the Job Monitor says Queued. The HP Device says that "Drive Empty". Please help.

Standalone drive or library? Type?

Tape or Disk backup?

To isolate the issue, create a new backup-to-disk folder and fire the job to the newly created Backup-to-disk folder, if the job runs then the issue could be due to incorrect media, faulty drive or device is not properly recognised by BE.
