HEELPP..STILL has error 0008821 on 2 DIFFERENT BACKUP SERVERS

I have this error appearing on two of my servers, both running Backup exec 10.d. I tried all the advices you gave me, and nothing works. It still appears sometimes.Sometime the backup is fine sometimes it doesn't start.No one is answering my problems anymore..I NEED HELP.
