HELP ME: How I can find 11d BE LINUX-UNIX Agents?

Hi,
 I becoming crazy!!!
I had install BE 11d on my backup server and, after that, I had download BEWS 12 LINX-UNIX AGENTS from the symantec site.
I had install the agent on the Linux server and try to backup with the Symantec BE Console.
But the backup proccess it's stopped with this message:
"Access to a device was not authorized with this edition of Backup Exec"
I try to search on the local disk C:\Programmi\Symantec\Backup Exec\Agents\RALUS\Linux 
to try to find the correct  files, but them to be only one stupid file: Readme.txt!!!
Where I can find the correct agent for 11d version?

In your ftp,http sites I cannot find that!!!

What build is your 11d? 6235/7170

Have you tried this

If its 7170 then go to http://fileconnect.symantec.com

1. At the Log In screen input the product Serial Number. Example xxxxxxxxxxM [10 Digits] 

2. Click I Agree at the End User License Agreement.

3. Select Backup Exec 11d for Windows Servers from the first Products screen.

4. Select Backup Exec 11d for Windows Servers - Multilingual from the second Products screen.

5. At the Select Download Method that you want to use screen select HTTP Download or Managed Download and click Continue. For an explanation as to the difference select the Which download method should I use? link.

6. Selecting Managed Download will allow for selection of multiple file downloads as seen below in figure 6; place a check next to each item desired.
7. Select BEWS_11D_LINUX-UNIX-MAC-NT4_AGENTS.tar.gz, as well as any other desired items, to download from the File Selection screen and click Download.

My buil is 7170.

And now I have this problem:

Where I can find the correct S/N for the http://fileconnect.symantec.com site?

I had inserted my xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx number (s/n for Linux o MAC Agents) but that s/n not work!!???

Why BEWS_12.1364_LINUX-UNIX-MAC_AGENTS not work with my BE 11d version????

Because the v12 agent is built to talk to a v12 media server

(If you wanted a v11d Agent to talk to a v12 media server, that would work)
