I am new to PROCOMM PLUS. I am also a computer dummy and I'm not sure I am posting this in the right community. I just downloaded the program and will be using it to connect to a state line that is supported by PROCOMM. I currently have highspeed internet through the cable company and every time I try to dial in it tells me to plug the phone line in. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to be able to get connected to the other computer. Thank you so very much.
