High CPU and Memory Utilization by Backup Exec processes like beserver.exe, dlocommandu.exe etc.

I am running Windows SBS 2003 and have a dual XEON processor machine running Backup Exec 11d with SP1. The CPU utilization of beserver.exe and DLOAdminSvcu.exe combined is over 60%. I have tried using the recommended solution from document ID: 287469 deleting and recreating the Temporary ASP.NET Files and also Enabling ODBC Connection Pooling Performance Counters. I have all the hotfixes installed but the problem is still happening. Does anyone know how I can resolve my issue? I would appreciate any help I can get.

For me it seems to be 40MB BEX*.xml * BEX*.htm files that are being read & processed by beserver.exe
Will have to see what that is all about.

Hi.
This might be related to the .Net Framework.
Have a look at
http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/294064.htm
and http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/287469.htm

I can't verify that this fixed it for me because I'm in the middle of it.
