Hot to use VAULT

Hi,
I'm not able to use vault rule in Bexec 10..
When the "counter" starts in order to check if a media is ready to be moved to a Vault ?

Thanks, but no useful info in technote..
I mean, if I set a media set with vault rules - 5 hours move to vault" and I make a backup at 1 P.M, I will be able to move it at 6 P.M, that is correct ??
