Server Paused

What caused the Server Paused issue, as seen in:

I will get calls every now and again with this issue, but do not understand what could cause the server to become paused. Any info would be helpfull, thanks!

Hello,

The Server can go in Paused state if the 'Server Paused' state is indicated
when clicked on the Media button.
If the server listed on the "Media" or "Devices" tab in Backup Exec
states "Server Paused", right-click on the server and select "Pause" to
un-pause the server.

Also job can stay in queued state or pending state, if there are any alerts.
Are you getting any alerts during the backup job?

Please elaborate the query to further troubleshoot this issue.
