How can I backup Exchange Incremental with enable circular logging?

Now Backup incremental job was failed.

when I disable Circular Logging in Exchange, mailbox was damaged because lost some log file then Exchange mailbox was dismounted and can't mount mailbox.

Full backup in this job is success.

but before I recreate this job it can success backup both full and incremental. I think I configure same old job.

I recreate job because I test more backup job and storage is low. Then I clear all backup database.

Then, Can I backup incremental with enable circular logging? How?

    To take Incremental backups of Exchange, Circular logging has to be disabled. refer to the following doc:
