How do I backup FreeBSD with BackupExec 10?

I got the be_agent installed but I think it only works with version 9. When I try to run a backup it only lets me backup "/". "/usr" and "/var" will not backup. I tried installing RALUS on the box but that does not work very well at all on FreeBSD. FreeBSD version is 6.0.

Hello,
Please check if the OS you are using is mentioned in the software compatibility list. Only then can you use the agent to backup this system.
