How do I backup only files that are less than one year old?

How can i backup ONLY files that are one year old on a 6 TB volume? I dont want to use a full backup and then increments.

While making selections, you can go to advanced view(Include/Exclude) and include selections with modified time range to have only files 1 year old selected. Following document gives some details on this:
