How do you bind a specific NIC to a Windows remote agent?

I am not asking how to bind a media server job, I asking how to bind/modify/change a specific NIC IP address for an installed Backup Exec 11d remote agent running on a Windows 2003 R2 server on the same machine.

I have seen this question asked repeatly on this forum; however, I have not seen an accurate response posted.  Is this action possible?

Registry entry on the remote in this key:

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VERITAS\Backup Exec\Engine\Agents

Create/modify this value:

 Agent Directory List (REG_MULTI_SZ) media_server_ip_address_is_the_data

You may also need:

Advertising Interval Minutes (REG_DWORD) 60 (Decimal)

Level 6

if you just want to use a  backup network rather than the production network, you should be able to just advertise to the BU Network IP on the media server

See the Admin Guide page 919

(you can also set the publishing inverval this way)
