You can create then using job scripts, specifically the BK_METHOD parameter.  You can download the manual for BEMCMD from

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/340268.htm

Please refer the Pdf for how to use BEMCMD... Which would be located under X:/Program files/Symantec/Backup Exec  Directory

No. BECMD is designed to accept only a certain set of switches.  You would appreciate that it is not possible to specify all the parameters that is needed to create a backup job as input switches.  Hence the need for a job script file.

An easier way is to create the job and put it on hold.  you can then use BEMCMD with the -o1 switch to start the job.  For example,

"C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\bemcmd.exe" -o1 -j"Backup SQL Logs"
