How to restore data From Weekly Tape Only

I have a scenario, i need to restore data from veritas, and we dont have monthly backup for last two months. How can i recover data from weekly tape.

Are you taking Full and incremental backup?

Please elaborate the query to provide you a better solution.

We are taking Weekly Full and Daily differential backup.
And Monthly Full backup for data and exchange.

Also we are facing problem in backing up, as it takes very long time to backup our data; it almost takes 7 hours for weekly exchange backup and 15 hr of weelky data backup. And same for Monthly Full backup. So we cannot make our monthly exchange full backup.
