How to save all data (devices, jobs) before upgrade 9.1 to 10d

I tried to upgrade Backup Exec 9.1 sp3 to ver.10d.The installation completed
successfully,but during upgrade the message "cannot migrate data" was recieved.
As result I got clear installation.
How to save data before upgrade and after upgrade restore it?
