IDR Preparaion wizard error: Error opening Registry: Access Denied

Error:
Using the IDR preparation wizard, while attempting to creat ISO image of a remote server: "DRPrepWizard: Error opening registry key 'SOFTWARE\Microsoft\...\CurrentVerion': Access is denied"

Facts:

- BackupExec 9.1 installed on SBS2003 server with IDR option installed

-Remote agent installed on remote server running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, terminal server

- Remote registry service is running on the remote server

- I am logged in as domain admin
