IDR Preparation Wizard not available

Hello:

I'm trying to setup an Intelligent Disaster Recovery disk on our BackupExec 2010 SR3 server.  When I go to Tools > Wizards, the choice for Intelligent Disaster Recovery Preparation Wizard... is greyed out.  What do I need to do to make this available?  I am using the Not for Resale version for non-profits.  Is this feature not available in this version or have I missed some preliminary step to using the wizard?

Hi Bill,

The IDR preparation wizard is greyed out because you would not have installed the IDR option. Please find 

the screenshot attached.

To install it, Goto: Tools-> "Install Options and License Keys on this Media Server". Afetr installing this option you will be able to run the IDR preparation wizard.

Sym-Cr@zy  Hit it right on the head. You'll need to install the IDR option, once this is done the option will no longer be greyed out.. Below is a little documentation about the IDR option
